深圳大学深圳南特商学院人力资源管理学教授。曾在多所世界知名大学如南澳大利亚大学、莫纳什大学、科廷大学任教授或副教授一职,曾任中国科技大学、上海交通大学、西南交通大学等国内知名大学的客座教授。在人力资源管理、国际商务管理、组织行为学及行业关系研究等领域有丰富的教学研究经验,曾获得南澳大利亚大学的杰出教学及研究奖励。已发表学术论文及研究论文多篇,并有专著7部。
